In this hand's-on class (followed by a sit-down meal) led by Inspired Indian owner Kalpana, you'll learn how to make:
Samosa - traditional potato and pea filling with a non-traditional (but much easier!) crust.
Tandoori Chicken Kathi Rolls - an Indian "burrito", if you will, consisting of a flaky paratha wrapped around tandoori chicken kebabs*.
Tamarind & Cilantro Chutneys - to accompany the meal
Includes house-made welcome cocktail/mocktail, snacks, dessert, and masala chai.
