Inspired Indian’s spice kit for kheema, a ground meat (or crumbled tofu!) dish hailing from the North Indian region of Punjab, contains highly fragrant fenugreek and mint. Serve it with toasted buttered rolls sloppy-joe style, with naan, or over rice. Each kit is pre-measured for 4 – 5 servings and includes*:

    Kheema made with ground lamb is just delicious–I use an Indian bread from the freezer section of the grocery store to serve with it. Like an Indian Taco.,
