ABOUT THE DISH Mangalorean Curry is a traditional dish from the coastal region of Karnataka, the south Indian state. It’s also known as "Kori Gassi": kori means chicken in Kannada, the local language, and gassi refers to a curry made with coconut and spices. Mild but flavorful

I've been buying kits from Inspired Indian Cooking since before the pandemic and always have a few on hand for a quick delicious dinner. This is one of our favorites lately! It uses ingredients I always have on hand and my family (even my kids) love the coconut milk base. Lately I've been putting fish or shrimp in it instead of chicken. Thanks for introducing us to real Indian dishes and for helping us cook and eat in a more inspired way!
