mangalorean curry


Mangalorean curry is a coconut curry hailing from the coastal port city of Mangalore in the state of Karnataka, where the cuisine is known for using tamarind, mustard and fenugreek seeds, and curry leaves. Our spice kits contains these and all the other essential spices to make this dish at home.

Each kit is pre-measured for 4 – 5 servings and includes*:

whole spices: Indian bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds

ground spice blend: tamarind powder, coriander, turmeric, cumin, paprika, Kashmiri chile powder, black pepper, fennel, curry leaves

*packaged in the same facility and on shared equipment with eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk products, and wheat
